Architectural Control Committee
The Architectural Control Committee is a three-member volunteer group that reviews, approves, and oversees all construction projects within Whitewater Springs to ensure they adhere to the community’s Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). This includes all new home builds as well as modifications and/or additions to existing homes.
