Obtain a front gate code.
Contact Security for a Personal Gate Code or a Temporary Gate Code. Do not share your Personal Gate Code with anyone. Temporary Gate Codes are issued separately for workers and contractors, simply contact Security. Click Here
Apply for a water meter.
The Whitewater Springs Water Supply Corporation (WSWSC) is a nonprofit, private water company that provides water for the Whitewater Springs Community. It has a separate board of directors that direct our operator Professional General Management Services (PGMS). You will need to contact PGMS to apply for a water meter if you don’t already have one on your lot. Follow this link to the WSWSC website for more information.

Obtain a 911 street address for your lot.
Apply for a 911 address. Burnet County does not allow 911 addressing on vacant or undeveloped land; however, if you are clearing your land and plan to begin building within six months, you may apply. Click Here
