Contact our Community Access Committee for a Personal Gate Code or a Temporary Gate Code. Do not share your Personal Gate Code with anyone. Temporary Gate Codes are issued separately for workers and contractors, simply contact the Gatekeeper. Click Here
The Whitewater Springs Water Supply Corporation (WSWSC) is a nonprofit, private water company that provides water for the Whitewater Springs Community. It has a separate board of directors that direct our operator Professional General Management Services (PGMS). You will need to contact PGMS to apply for a water meter if you don’t already have one on your lot. Follow this link to the WSWSC website for more information.

Apply for a 911 address. Burnet County does not allow 911 addressing on vacant or undeveloped land; however, if you are clearing your land and plan to begin building within six months, you may apply. Click Here
